U.S. President Donald J. Trump was on his way to the NATO military alliance summit in the Netherlands after saying he was “really unhappy” with Iran and Israel after at least four people were killed and over 20 injured in an Iranian missile strike in southern Israel.

At least four people were killed when an Iranian missile struck a residential building in the southern city of Beersheva early Tuesday, just hours after an announced ceasefire, emergency medical services said.
