(Worthy News) – The political fallout from Netanyahu’s Gaza aid decision was swift and scathing, especially among his right-wing allies.
“This is our tragedy with Netanyahu’s approach,” said Heritage Minister Amichay Eliyahu. “Letting humanitarian aid in now directly harms the war effort… and [is] another obstacle to the release of the hostages.”
Ben Gvir accused the prime minister of betrayal. “Mr. Prime Minister, our hostages have no humanitarian [aid]!” he posted on X. “Every humanitarian aid that enters the Strip… will fuel Hamas and give it oxygen.”
Criticism even came from within Likud. MK Avichai Boaron remarked, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
The Tzav 9 protest group called on activists to resume blocking aid trucks, stating: “Hamas can’t be pampered and given aid until the last hostage is back.”
